we shared love,joy and tears
But we remained together
through fair and stormy weather

They said our marriage wouldn't last
but they spoke too fast
Two children later
She was still my lover...

is it lollipops and romance
No the secret is forgiveness
and if The Good Lord blesses.

Alzheimers took her from me
Yet still I'm not lonely
I will cherish her memory
and she'll always be with me.
