A BROKEN LEG

WE often wonder why
God allows pain and suffering
If HE is all love like they say
Why does He ruin our day?

Ourselves we seldom blame
Though we probably caused the pain
through addiction or carelessness
Perhaps even forgetfulness..

You've heard about the sheep who'd stray
Was constantly running away
Well the shepherd solved the problem
The wayward sheep's leg was broken!

The sheep was carried till it mended
on the shepherd totally depended
Then never left the shepherd's side again
Do you find that a comparison...

God finds ways to bring us home
to help us never more to roam...
