A Journey

Forgiveness is a journey - difficult,
Self-destruction, not to be recommended.
Sometimes you just can't take it anymore
and it all comes flooding out, the pain, the monster you became to get even with those that hurt you.

Do not judge, you do not know.
Feck you anyway,
Why did you say what you did.

16 years of therapy, I know what to do.
Waste of time, life.

If your not going forward, your going backward.
Sorry for upsetting you, negative affect.

You don't know what you did,
You were better than most at the time.
