A Steady Climb


Thoughts bring words
Words move lives
Chart their pathway
Lest we fail
Lost on a wilderness trail

A purpose to find
Keep a guiding line
Nurture the journey
Loving heart and mind
Steady on the upward climb

Journey moves on its way
Not here long to stay
So little we can do
Ambassadors passing through
Believing into the eternal day
