There is not one day that goes by
without you being in my heart
my love for you has always been strong
and always will be.
I may not have showed it much
but since I have left you
I can feel my heart slowly tearing apart
as everyday goes by I feel that leaving you
was the biggest mistake I have ever made
as I now know that there will never be a you and I again
I just didn't realize that true love could really be
this painful and lonely when its gone.
