If I was a butterfly
I would fly on high
Over the rainbow
That's where I would go...

I would wave to you
Trusting you'd see me
Then you'd wave to me
We'd both be happy.

But in case I couldn't fly
Away up on high
I'd be your rainbow
On earth down below.

Like the rainbow in the sky
I'd be the message
I'd be your rainbow
I would let you know
Ain't gonna rain no more,
no more....
