Was never good at pouring my heart out.
You came along
taught me how to love,
How to live again,
broke all my walls
You left.
Broken,
I built my walls back up
Thicker. Stronger. Stalwart
I left everything you ever taught me
Went back
Now, I'm just a shell.
A limpet!
Even through the strongest of tides
I don't sway.
