by Teresa Frazee
(Boynton Beach, FL)
Another twilight claimed the sky again
In a boundless veil of blue fire
Westward the swirl of light began its change
Ablaze in the realm of gold and sapphire
Newly formed clouds laced over indigo
Victoriously led by the flame
Divinities momentarily touched
As light and darkness were both the same
Ebony silhouettes echoed the coast
Reflecting on the water its crystal mist
Nature proclaimed these primitive certainties
As the ambient lights of time coexist
