by Peyton Hutchins
(Australia)
He wasn't just a memory,
But more like a song,
He played on my mind,
All through the day,
And all night long,
My tear stained pillows,
And weak puffy eyes,
always knew how to hold,
The perfect happy faced disguise,
For I was not okay,
Yes I was not fine,
I still loved him very much.
As to me, he was still mine,
Oh How I miss everything we did,
Every hug and every kiss,
One day I made a big mistake,
But I never thought it would lead to this,
As now he is just a song,
That plays in my head,
He is no longer mine,
And the love that was once there,
Is now dead.
