IF ONLY YOU KNEW

If only you knew
How much it hurts me
Writing this poem
In your memory.

If only you knew
The pain i bear
When you ignore me
When you don't care.

If only you knew
What i have turned into today
Thanks to you
A tree that is bare.

If only you knew
If only you cared
We would not have been so apart
Neither would the world have seemed so strange.
