Just a Little More Strength.

Trying to make the best
of situations during present moments,
only to go home empty handed
with a heavy heart that's dwelling in the past.
Yearning for a brighter tomorrow,
she picks herself up
and tries to remember
only greater opportunities can come
with those lessons learned.
She smiles.. A true smile.
With tears flowing down her cheeks,
she bows her head and prays
for continuous strength.
She knows that only God knows what's in store,
but with faith he can help her overcome anything.
