Oh lady of my dreams I have not
Yet to experience thy all as I ought.
I cannot breathe one more sigh,
Nor cause one more tear by and by.
And if you be my treasure I want it all,
Sharing your love none to others fall.

But who am I that your heart be mine?
If you could, if you would give me a sign.
Let me prepare and let me give a call,
To enjoy with you one night’s festival.
Both in years and in the day’s night is
I hold vigil waiting for a night like this.
