There are no benchmarks
Or yardsticks
To measure your success
And your dreams
You always measure up
To your own metrics
Steer clear and stay away
From People
Who can steal your dreams
A pocket full of money
Or your possessions
Cannot take you afar
But your obsessions can
A little bit of madness
Sprinkled with
The salt of life
Shall make things work right
Like an ostrich
Do not bury your head
In the sand and dance
With your two feet on the ground
Bad weather never lasts long
