Through thick and thin
Through good times and bad,
A best friend
Will walk beside you;

Though not knowing
Where your path may end,
A best friend
Will still walk behind you;

To keep you on the straight and narrow
And not to let you go astray;
A best friend
Will walk in front, to guide you on your way;

We all have heard or used the phrase
"Best of friends for life"
To walk together throughout the days
My best friend's my wife.
