MY MIDNIGHT DREAM

Walking towards my midnight dream
I found myself standing at a stream
The moon shines through clouds of cream
Then I saw you there, lit by a moon beam.

Uncountable were the night’s stars
I could see the reflection of Mars
An unspeakable quite the night ours
With blanket in hand and our wine jars.

Totally alone no need to hide
Deep from within love inside
Together we shared it in stride
Husband and wife we will abide.

Our life is ours no one can take
The future is only ours to make
In the morning to you I wake
We are in love there’s no mistake.

Many a shared moon light beam
Together over coming as a team
Created to fulfill heaven’s scheme.
I awake to you my midnight dream.
