Since you're down and sick
We pray you'll get well quick
Though it's not real easy
To get up and healthy.

They say an apple a day
Keeps the Doctor away
But it will be regrettable
If apples aren't available.

'Course if you say a prayer
You'll soon be feeling fair
But you must practice patience
To receive the Lord's indulgence.

Our prayers are with you
We have friends praying too
Trusting you'll soon be well
Up an at 'em, feeling swell..
