Shining Bright

Does the light in the moon ever go out?
Does it need batteries to help it shine out?
Does a little man come out at the start of the day?
With polish in his hand and a little bit of spray?
Does his ladder reach to the moon?
Does he hold on tight?
I am told he even dusts in the middle of the night!
Will it shine in the darkest corners of the moon?
If he drops his duster,will he be home soon?
