Tears

Like rain from the sky
The tears fall down
I'm feeling so sad
Don't send in the clown

Like a river that's flowing
Tears fall to the floor
My heart is breaking
As he walks out the door

Like a huge waterfall
These tears I do shed
As I stand here looking
At our empty bed

Like oceans of water
My eyes pool with tears
Can I live without you
After all these years.
