Fire slashes flesh,
Life is consumed.
Daylight drifts away like melting snowflakes
And leaves, like the fall,
Trees fall, the flames merciless as they dance
The shrubs, once lonesome and deprived,
Will they ever revisit their sadness?
Ashes where I used to sleep.
My home, forsaken
Its lungs seared by the air
Its cheeks stroked by bright flames
It can not be consoled.
