I tried to tell him
But he just won't listen.
Sure, it's nice to go out,
Especially with him.
He buys me presents
And does me favors -
His ex even returned the ring
That he gave her.
But how can I tell him,
I can't live a lie -
I love someone else
And I don't know why.
