To the Sea

And then you know,
All rivers spring to flow
To find their peace at open sea.

At sunset, as the fresh waters
Blend into the salty blessings
Of surging joy, of never ending arrivals
And receivings...

Then you know
All moments in time strung together
Make a life, make a river of memories
And as they blend into the sea of
The great recollections
You flow..
To the eternal sunset of there and forever..

There and forever flow
As the present streams into tomorrow
It's a promise, a certainty
And that's what makes all sorrows
All joys, bitter and sweet
Life...
And its offerings.
You accept.
You know.
You flow...
