On love and faith and betrayal

I could tell you that I have had a broken heart
And it is still mending even though it has been years since the breakup

I could pledge faith in love forever
Love unrequited and undying love I would especially favor

I could swear on my life that I am uncontrollably, passionately in love
With a boy so perfect girls flirt with him wherever he is

I could sob out the tragedy of being alone
I could
But I would be lying

I have felt sparks fly
I have had flings
I am single

So I guess that I am alone
