What is rain to me?
You ask.
Rain to me is a reminder of you.
I say.
The way you talk non-stop
Like the sound of the water droplets falling
The way you are passionate about something
Like the rain falling
The twinkle in your eyes before you burst out laughing
Like the lightning before the thunder
And the calm you ensue in me
Like the hot chocolate and a book covering myself in blankets during the rain, does to me
