I try to see love through a poet's eyes.
Although it took me time to realize.
That everything cannot be right.
But I do believe in love at first sight.
To believe that things won't get rough.
Is naive, stupid, and just a bluff.
However love isn't all that bad.
Like love failed couples thought they had.
Together we can see it's not all bad, love.
And show all others we can rise above.
Live through the thick, the thin, the worse.
And finally reverse the curse.
Its time for me to comprehend.
That I'm asking you...
To be my girlfriend.
