We pretended to be in love
to have a life
every night i was yours

i was so kind,
which made you shine
i got to see the best of you
your so fine, i was so happy
when you were mine

time after time
i said those lines
that made you so happy
caused you to love me
a love that i thought
was sent from above
specially when i saw
your eyes showed
a light reflecting
out of them, you
sparkled when you
were mine,
you made my life ok every day
all i have to say
is that i'm sorry i had to
walk away, i prayed about
it i was told to let you go

it hasn't been hard,
i just been tired, cause
the girl i once desired is
calling out to me, but
i can't go see you, i just want
to try to get my life right
yes i miss your beautiful sight
don't worry i am alright

in the last two days
i have written four songs
of coarse there about you and
i, i'm am saying bye to you in them
